PAYPAL CARDS NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

I used the single use selection aspect after for Pay in four and now not see it. It has been long gone from my account for months.I am also obtaining difficulties including my vanilla visa card. The cardboard is becoming decrease when I check out to include it.  I card was procured at a neighborhood drug store and not virtual or issued on the ne
